Kendall Evans, LSW

Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Social Worker and EMDR therapist, and I am passionate about helping people embrace their most authentic selves. My approach is that the client is the expert of their own story, and I pride myself on my collaborative nature in working with clients. I aim to be warm, welcoming, and bubbly to create a healing and transformative space for individuals to explore their identity in a safe space.

My background as a clinician is rooted in helping children and families cope with the aftermath of loss, processing grief and trauma. I have a deep appreciation for working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, and life changes who are self-motivated. My experience as a therapist has led me to truly cherish the therapeutic relationship, and just how integral it is to the therapeutic process. Clients can expect to be an active participant in their treatment, to be challenged to think outside of their norm, and celebrated at every turn in a welcoming, kind, and compassionate environment.

I love to spend my time making others laugh, encroaching on my cat’s personal space, reading the latest romance novels, bingeing the newest shows and movies, pouring love (and too much water) into my houseplants, and exploring all of the food and music our city has to offer. Finding the right therapist is the first step towards the future you’ve envisioned, let’s connect and see if I can be the match for you!
